  Welcome to the Virgina Tech Sigma Nu Alumni Association webpage. There are currently over 500 alumni of the Theta Xi Chapter of Sigma Nu. Sigma Nu at Virginia Tech has a rich history and is one of the only fraternities of Virgina Tech that still retains its original charter. This simple fact shows the everlasting bonds of the Sigma Nu Brotherhood. The members of the Alumni Association and the Active chapter look forward to preserving the memories of all of the brothers of the Theta Xi Chapter.

Progress Properties Incorporated

  Progress Properties Incorporated (PPI) was created to purchase and retain the physical property of the Theta Xi Chapter.  PPI is made up of a board of directors that works by the motto “To Preserve the Past and Provide for the Future.” The most important task of the board is to maintain and improve the bricks and mortar of the Theta Xi Chapter House.  The Theta Xi Chapter House has always been and is still located at 401 Progress Street in Blacksburg Virginia. In recent months PPI has worked hard to revitalize the house, and has grand plans to continue this improvment.
