History is one of humanity's greatest tools: it has the ability to reveal the truth and meaning behind things that still exist today.  The history of Sigma Nu, both of our chapter and that of our national organization, is a proud history that dates back to the end of the Civil War.  The members of this fraternity worldwide look to our past in order to remain true and loyal to our origins over 150 years after our founding, while potential members get an insight to our beginnings.
